Regarding COVID-19

MacDonald Search Group remains open for business. We have the technology and tools to continue searching for you from remote locations. As you know, one of the key deliverables at MacDonald Search Group is our commitment to in-person candidate interviews. Given the current situation, we have decided to conduct all candidate interviews with video technology. Additionally, working from home is an option we have extended to our entire team.

Our offices remain open and available for Clients. When visiting our offices, we have established protocols such as regularly washing hands with an alcohol-based sanitizer and/or soap and water. We will avoid shaking hands, practice good respiratory hygiene and maintain social distancing. If you wish to interview in our office, we will clean & disinfect the boardrooms prior to your arrival. Alternately and, at your request, we can set you up in our boardroom or remotely for all video conferencing needs.

The health and safety of our Clients and Candidates is our top priority and our thoughts go out to all who have been affected by the COVID-19 outbreak. We will monitor provincial and federal health agency news relating to COVID-19 and adjust our operations as necessary.

Finally, a big shout out to all of our health care professionals working on the front lines. We know you are working tirelessly to make Canada a safer place.
