Some of what you will do in this role includes:
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute long-term sales strategies, focusing on increasing profitability and delivering exceptional value to customers.
  • Team Building: Build, inspire, and lead a high-performing sales team while fostering a positive and collaborative work culture.
  • Customer Growth: Cultivate strong client relationships, identify new opportunities, and stay ahead of market trends.
  • Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to refine strategies, support local innovations, and enhance customer experiences.
  • Financial Oversight: Set sales budgets, analyze financial performance, and contribute to key growth initiatives.
  • Travel: Frequent customer visits across Canada, with occasional international travel.
You should have the following in your background to apply:
  • Experience: 10+ years in sales or marketing, with a strong track record in driving growth and results.
  • Leadership: 5+ years of people management experience in a collaborative, high-performance environment.
  • Skills: Exceptional negotiation, project management, and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Communication: Outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools; SAP experience is a bonus.
