- Leadership: 5+ years of people management experience in a collaborative, high-performance environment.
- Skills: Exceptional negotiation, project management, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Communication: Outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools; SAP experience is a bonus.
