Vice President – Food Manufacturing

An established and innovative food manufacturing company seeks an exceptional leader to join our executive team as Vice President. This critical role will drive operational excellence, strategic growth, and financial success within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Some of what you will do in this role includes:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance productivity and profitability.
  • Drive process improvements across all facets of the business.
  • Provide clear leadership that inspires collaboration, whether in the boardroom or on the shop floor.
  • Oversee financial performance, operational effectiveness, and key performance indicators.
You should have the following in your background:
  • Post-secondary education, complemented by a recognized professional designation.
  • Proven track record in strategic thinking and implementing process improvements.
  • Exceptional financial acumen and operational expertise.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to build consensus at all organizational levels.
