Join a leading construction company known for delivering high-quality multi-family residential projects. We are seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to oversee all phases of apartment construction projects, ensuring excellence in execution, safety, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to maintain critical project timelines.
Monitor quality control and ensure work complies with project specifications.
Manage on-site safety, ensuring all safety protocols and documentation are in place.
Conduct daily site walks to oversee progress, resolve conflicts, and plan upcoming activities.
Maintain detailed daily logs and communicate regularly with the project team regarding progress, changes, and resolutions.
Coordinate inspections with local authorities and ensure prompt resolution of deficiencies.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in a Site Superintendent role, ideally within multi-family construction.
Proficiency in construction management practices and a solid understanding of building codes and safety standards.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Valid Provincial Driver's License required.
