Wanting to offer a higher quality product for the same or even less cost than the existing options on the market, they reinvented the category in the traditional mobile office and storage market, as well as custom container structures that match clients’ individual needs. By building a first-class team of people who truly care about the company’s vision and share the same passion for exceeding customer expectations.

To help facilitate growth, they are adding an Inside Sales Representative to the team. If you have a proven track of excellence in sales and customer service, this might be the opportunity that you have been looking for.

Responsibilities
  • Prepares estimates and pricing for leads coming in through the sales pipeline, confirming with the Structures and Estimation Manager where appropriate.
  • Uses system and software provided to effectively manage customer/project pipelines until the operations team takes over.
  • Facilitates operational needs of the customer (i.e., soliciting approvals, coordinating initial payment, following up with the operational team and customer to ensure the project is moving forward, etc.)
  • Builds and promotes strong, long-lasting customer relationships by adopting a customer-centric approach.
  • Maintains a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Keeps records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and concerns.
  • Provides recommendations on the customer experience, where appropriate.
  • Ensures customer satisfaction and always provides professional customer support.

Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar sales role
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and contribute to revenue growth initiatives
  • Experience working in a customer service/support role, or a strong interest in customer service.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills including active listening abilities.
  • Team-oriented attitude.
  • Learning and growth mindset; willing to undergo training if necessary.
  • Is organized and detail-oriented.
  • Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is considered an asset.
