- Understand customer processes and sell value versus price to become a resource to your clients
- Develop strong relationships and influence customers and prospects
- Drive new business opportunities through prospecting and cold calling
- Track and measure results against business plan
- Strategically develop, schedule and execute sales strategies
- Keep management informed of competitive environment and market conditions
- Attend and present at meetings and functions/events necessary to build and retain customers
- Bachelor or college degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3+ years selling packaging solutions and supplies
- Consultative selling skills, exceptional business development aptitude
- Relationship-based sales style with strong questioning skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit with solid customer service focus
- Highly evolved time management skills and a good sense of urgency
- Highly motivated self-starter
