The Role:
The Sales Executive is responsible for new business development and account management, representing the company with professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
What you’ll do:
- Identify and acquire new clients through prospecting, cold calling, and relationship building.
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships, addressing their needs and resolving issues.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Provide product information and support to customers, ensuring a positive experience.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including sales assistants and management, and represent the company professionally at all times.
