What you’ll do:
- Engaging in proactive sales and customer development.
- Providing quotes for general contractors by interpreting architectural drawings and specifications.
- Sourcing materials from multiple suppliers to ensure competitive pricing.
- Following up with customers via phone to secure purchase orders for quotes sent.
- Negotiating with clients to finalize deals and optimize the company’s profits.
- Eager to learn and grow, with a keen interest in the construction industry and specialty construction products.
- Proficient in building positive relationships through proactive and direct communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities combined with meticulous attention to detail and problem-solving confidence.
- Self-motivated team player who can work independently and is persistent in finding hard-to-obtain information.
- Post-secondary degree and a valid Class 5 driver’s license, with reliable access to a vehicle.
