What you will be doing:
- Design and implement recruiting strategy
- Develop and update job descriptions
- Conduct job and task analysis to identify requirements and objectives
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs
- Source and recruit candidates by using the company’s recruitment platforms
- Screen resumes
- Conduct interviews
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge and skills
- Onboard new employees
- Provide recruiting reports
- Build candidate relationships during the selection process
- Promote company's reputation
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or diploma/certificate in Human Resources plus a minimum of two to five (2-5)years of recent, related experience.
- Strong communication and and interpersonal skills
- You are a strong listener and able to understand the needs of clients
- You are a relationship builder
- You have knowledge of HR policies and practices, and employment legislation
- You have strong critical thinking skills
- You are an organized multi-tasker
- Advanced understanding of Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn new software packages quickly
