Project Manager
Our client, a leader in residential development, committed to creating innovative, high-quality housing projects is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join their team.
In this role. you will assist in the management of project planning, financial analysis, and execution, working closely with senior team members to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing the development portion of residential projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and securing necessary approvals.
  • Support coordination between construction and sales teams to align timelines and project goals.
  • Help monitor project progress to ensure milestones are met and issues are promptly addressed.
  • Collaborate with senior managers to develop project budgets and track expenses.
  • Support cost control measures and assist in analyzing financial performance.
  • Identify potential cost-saving opportunities under guidance from senior staff.
  • Contribute to defining overall project timelines, working with senior team members to coordinate with construction schedules and sales objectives.
  • Provide support to ensure projects meet profitability and quality expectations.
  • Assist in maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, providing updates on project deliverables and addressing concerns.
  • Facilitate communication across teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
  • Work closely with senior project managers to learn best practices and develop project management skills.
  • Actively contribute to a collaborative and innovative team environment.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • 5 years of experience in project coordination, construction, or development projects.
  • Basic understanding of project management principles and construction processes.
  • Familiarity with financial analysis and budgeting.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Procore) is a plus.
