• Lead and supervise warehouse, delivery, administrative, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations.

• Proven leadership experience in a unionized environment, with strong labor relations and team development skills.
• Expertise in warehouse operations, transportation, and facility management within a fast-moving distribution setting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive operational efficiencies.
• Effective communicator with the ability to engage employees at all levels.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, compliance standards, and industry best practices.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree is preferred.
