Our client is a leader in their category and is dedicated to excellence and growth of their franchise network. To support this growth, MacDonald Search Group is seeking a strategic and results-driven Multi-Unit Franchise Director to lead our client’s regional operations, enhance franchisee performance, and ensure brand standards are met.

As the Multi-Unit Franchise Director, you will lead a team of Franchise business consultants and support them in driving the performance of multiple units by means of effectively executing on regional strategies. Your focus will be on coaching your team on sales growth, compliance, and financial well-being of Franchisees while supporting and driving the execution of strategic initiatives and expansion within the province.

This role is based in Vancouver with travel required.

Salary for this role is between $120,000 - $150,000 depending on experience (+ bonus/benefits/etc.).

Some of what you will do in this role includes:
  • Franchisee Relationship Management: Coach Franchise Business consultants on building strong, productive relationships with franchisees and achieving shared goals.
  • Driving Sales: Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Brand Compliance: Ensure multi-unit sites are meeting company brand standards and operational guidelines.
  • Profitability: Enhance franchisee financial well-being and business profitability.
  • Business Management: Collaborate with corporate management team to improve underperforming units.
  • Change Management: Lead the execution of strategic plans and manage change effectively.
  • Expansion: Support franchise recruitment, training, and openings, and contribute to performance enhancement.
  • Leadership: Ability to inspire, motivate and empower team to achieve excellence
You should have the following in your background to be successful:
  • Experience in multi-unit franchise operations or a similar leadership role.
  • Strong skills in team coaching, sales growth, and brand compliance.
  • Proven ability to manage profitability and financial performance.
  • Effective in strategic planning and change management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
