Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Account Management: Develop and sustain strong relationships with regional Convenience & Grocery accounts, ensuring products are prominently and effectively represented.
- Category Leadership: Excel in category management within the alcohol sector, leveraging your expertise to drive market share and category growth.
- Optimized Merchandising: Oversee planogram assortment to ensure optimal product placement, enhancing visibility and sales.
- Innovative Programming: Create and implement impactful programming that resonates with consumers and drives brand loyalty.
- Financial Precision: Maintain a sharp focus on margins, finance, and pricing, ensuring profitability and competitive positioning.
- Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with internal stakeholders to align strategies, share insights, and achieve collective success.
Key Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in Business or related discipline.
- 5+ years customer relation experience in the beverage alcohol or CPG industries within the grocery and convenience channels.
- Excellent communicator and presenter with a data centric approach.
- Must be highly motivated with a passion and drive for building the business.
