Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their needs are met
and exceeded. - Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls
and emails. - Present and promote our client's diverse range of specialty food products to current
and potential clients. - Support the sales team by building presentations, manipulating data, and sending samples to
customers. - Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and achieve
sales targets. - Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts and reports to the Sales Manager.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product launches to effectively
position our offerings in the market.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an inside sales role, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
- Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to build presentations, manipulate data, and manage sample logistics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
