What You’ll Do:

- Collaborate with the executive team, construction, and design departments to ensure smooth project delivery from sale to completion.
- Recruit, train, and onboard new sales professionals, driving high performance and alignment with the company’s culture and standards.
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience, with a focus on new home sales.
- Proven success in driving sales in luxury home markets.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategy and execution, with a focus on brand-building initiatives.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor a team.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to an outstanding customer experience.
- Knowledge of residential construction codes, standards, and building processes.
