Compensation: $90,000 - $95,000 + bonus and incentives.


Key Responsibilities
  • Digital Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement online tactics, including SEM, CPC, RTB, and media placements.
  • Affiliate Management: Optimize affiliate programs to maximize content exposure and performance.
  • Campaign Oversight: Lead planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting for digital marketing campaigns with internal and external partners.
  • E-Commerce Optimization: Enhance entry points to E-commerce platforms and align promotions with high-demand products.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage first- and third-party data through the DMP to create targeted campaigns and segments.
  • Innovation: Stay ahead of digital trends to deliver impactful content and achieve business goals.
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in E-commerce or retail.
  • Agency experience is an asset.
  • Proficiency in web analytics, campaign measurement, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
