Key Responsibilities
- Digital Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement online tactics, including SEM, CPC, RTB, and media placements.
- Affiliate Management: Optimize affiliate programs to maximize content exposure and performance.
- Campaign Oversight: Lead planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting for digital marketing campaigns with internal and external partners.
- E-Commerce Optimization: Enhance entry points to E-commerce platforms and align promotions with high-demand products.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage first- and third-party data through the DMP to create targeted campaigns and segments.
- Innovation: Stay ahead of digital trends to deliver impactful content and achieve business goals.
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in E-commerce or retail.
- Agency experience is an asset.
- Proficiency in web analytics, campaign measurement, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
