For over 50 years, our client has been a leader in building products. As a family-owned and operated business, they have grown to become one of the larger players in the industry with a focus on service and a one-stop shop. If they do not have it in stock, they will get it! They are adding an Outside Sales Representative to the team. If you are an experienced sales professional with industry experience in contract lumber sales you are invited to join this growing family business as a key member of the sales team.

Specific Responsibilities Include:

  • Key account management
  • New account acquisition
  • Sales growth and market share acquisition
  • Product placement and education
  • Accountability to profitably
  • Providing timely accurate information to management with regards to market data, trends and account activities


What We’re Looking For Includes:

  • Minimum 5+ years building products experience, preferably contract lumber sales
  • Consultative selling skills, exceptional business development aptitude
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a great sense of humour
  • Relationship-based sales experience with strong verbal and written skills

An excellent base salary with bonuses and a variable comp plan geared for achievers. Generous car allowance and benefits plan, phone, laptop and all the tools of the trade supplied.
