Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the commercial team to deliver financial insights and decision-making support.
- Oversee national commercial finance, ensuring accurate reporting, forecasting, and planning.
- Conduct financial analyses and strategic evaluations for commercial projects.
- Foster a data-driven decision-making culture within commercial functions.
- Lead discussions on processes, projects, and business improvements.
- Evaluate pricing, promotions, and market strategies to support planning and execution.
- Provide market and competitor analysis to inform actionable strategies.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Intelligence, Mathematics, Economics, or IT.
- 5+ years of experience, with 3+ in a related field (FMCG or beverage alcohol industry preferred).
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Macros); proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to travel within Canada and internationally (valid passport required).
