Commercial Finance Manager

Reporting to the General Manager, the Commercial Finance Manager will support the commercial team by providing financial leadership, reporting, and strategic insights to drive sustainable profit growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the commercial team to deliver financial insights and decision-making support.
• Oversee national commercial finance, ensuring accurate reporting, forecasting, and planning.
• Conduct financial analyses and strategic evaluations for commercial projects.
• Foster a data-driven decision-making culture within commercial functions.
• Lead discussions on processes, projects, and business improvements.
• Evaluate pricing, promotions, and market strategies to support planning and execution.
• Provide market and competitor analysis to inform actionable strategies.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Intelligence, Mathematics, Economics, or IT.
• 5+ years of experience, with 3+ in a related field (FMCG or beverage alcohol industry preferred).
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Macros); proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to travel within Canada and internationally (valid passport required).
