Our client is a innovating wellness and healthcare business, backed by their parent organization this is an opportunity to lead their commercial entry in Canada.
Role Overview:
As the Commercial Director for their new Consumer Health brand in Canada, you will lead the go-to-market strategy and in-market execution. You will have P&L responsibility, business ownership, and be responsible for building the marketing, sales, and operational framework to launch and grow the brand. This includes forming key partnerships, setting up infrastructure, and driving sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead P&L and overall business for the Canadian market
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies (online & offline)
- Establish distribution partnerships and manage revenue targets
- Optimize pricing, channels, and margins for each route to market
- Oversee demand planning, logistics, and inventory management
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer feedback
- Build and lead a high-performing commercial team
- At least 5 years of experience in the Dietary Supplement market
- Senior sales & marketing experience with P&L responsibility
- Direct experience in Canada and with e-commerce for consumer health products
- Proven success in launching new products and brands
- Entrepreneurial mindset and experience in a start-up environment
