Our client is a leading national distributor in the Electrical space and they are looking for a Business Development Specialist to join their team in the GTA, covering the Ontario market.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in Outside Sales
- A cold-calling hunter’s mentality
- Technical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to communicate effectively and concisely
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be energetic and have a positive attitude
The ideal candidate will have extensive sales experience, a willingness to knock on doors and find new business, is outgoing by nature and lives in the GTA, but all strong applicants will be considered!
COMPENSATION:
- Base Salary and performance bonuses for an OTE around 110K
- RRSP Matching, Benefits, Company Shares and Car Package
- Real Work/Life balance, no weekends
