Title: Account Manager
Location: Vancouver
Base Salary Range: $55k - $65k + benefits & profit sharing
Role Summary: Take on and grow an existing book of business. Build strong customer relationships to maximize sales, improve customer service, and grow the sales of the branch. Develop a deep understanding of each account’s needs and ensure we remain their primary supplier.
Responsibilities:
- Visit clients on-site to assess needs, build relationships, and generate sales.
- Prospect for new customers and work with management on viable leads.
- Lead the sales process with reporting, planning, and target growth.
- Analyze customer data, strategize to grow market share, and meet goals of the branch.
- Process orders, handle customer issues, and manage payments in collaboration with the Credit Team.
- Develop vendor programs, attend industry events, and support branch activities.
- Degree or equivalent experience; plumbing industry experience required.
- 2+ years in outside sales.
- Valid driver’s license, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and learn necessary software.
