The company is seeking an ambitious Business Development and Account Manager focusing on the human cosmetics, skincare and personal care sectors. This role is essential for driving sales growth by partnering with existing accounts and distributors and developing new ones in the assigned territory. This position offers a unique opportunity to be involved in every aspect of the sales and project management cycle, from initial customer contact to successful product launches. Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and Expand Accounts: Develop relationships with current accounts and distributors while identifying and evaluating new customer opportunities.
  • Drive Sales Initiatives: Proactively generate leads and engage with key decision-makers, assessing sales potential and time-to-market opportunities.
  • Maximize Sales Impact: Strategically prioritize customers and craft tailored plans to boost sales performance.
  • Pricing Strategies: Collaborate on the development and implementation of effective pricing strategies and product costing to enhance profitability.
  • Lead Successful Product Launches: Ensure seamless product launches by expertly managing communications with customers, distributors, and suppliers.
  • Deliver Market Insights: Provide in-depth market analysis and contribute to the creation and execution of innovative sales strategies.
  • Champion Marketing Initiatives: Participate in impactful marketing activities, including trade shows, to elevate brand presence.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with internal teams to customize product solutions that meet and exceed customer expectations.

Key Qualifications:
  • Educational Background: University degree in Science, Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, or a closely related field is preferred.
  • Industry Expertise: 5+ years of sales experience in the cosmetic, skincare, or personal care industries managing customer relationships.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Demonstrated proficiency in forging partnerships with clients and partner distributors.
  • Product Development: Experience assisting with new product development projects with customers is an asset.
  • Languages: French, German and/or other language skills is an asset
