Branch Supervisor - Oshawa

As the Branch Supervisor, you will oversee all sales and customer service activities to ensure top-notch customer satisfaction in line with best practices. Your pivotal role will involve fostering customer and manufacturer relationships, developing sales strategies, and managing branch operations.

• Drive sales growth and profitability by cultivating and maintaining customer relationships
• Leverage partnerships with manufacturers to position the branch as a strong channel in the region
• Take charge of inventory control, security, and safety practices to ensure smooth operations
• Develop new and maintain existing customer relationships, and ensure the branch is positioned as a strong distribution channel in the Region.
• Plan and execute annual, monthly, and weekly strategies to drive sales and customer satisfaction
• Supervise, train, and manage branch employees, ensuring smooth operations
• Oversee inventory levels and ensure local customer requirements are consistently met
• Uphold company procedures and policies, setting a stellar example for the team
• Manage branch security and administer safe practices in accordance with company policies

• Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the distribution or logistics industry
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and maintain strong customer relationships
