  • Drive sales growth and profitability by cultivating and maintaining customer relationships

  • Develop new and maintain existing customer relationships, and ensure the branch is positioned as a strong distribution channel in the Region.
  • Plan and execute annual, monthly, and weekly strategies to drive sales and customer satisfaction
  • Supervise, train, and manage branch employees, ensuring smooth operations
  • Oversee inventory levels and ensure local customer requirements are consistently met

  • Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the distribution or logistics industry

  • Proven expertise in inventory control and operational management
