Our client is a leading national distributor in the Electrical space and they are looking for a Branch Manager to join their team in the Kitchener.

REQUIREMENTS:

Experience in Electrical Sales (Inside or Outside)
Leadership experience in a significant capacity
Proven record of hitting revenue based targets
Technical aptitude and willingness to learn
Ability to communicate effectively and concisely
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

The ideal candidate will have Electrical sales experience, knowledge of major manufacturers, relationships with local contractors and builders, is outgoing by nature and lives around Kitchener, but all strong applicants will be considered!

COMPENSATION:

Base Salary plus Annual bonuses for an OTE near $130K
RRSP Matching, Benefits and Pension options
