Account Manager – Fire and Life Safety

Some of what you'll do in this role includes:
  • Identify and secure sales opportunities in the fire and life safety industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with inside sales and technical teams to develop accurate proposals and solutions.
  • Stay current on industry standards, codes (NFPA, ULC), and new product offerings.
  • Travel within the Western Region to visit customer sites and attend industry events.
  • Participate in trade shows to promote products and services.
  • Ensure accurate CRM updates and pipeline management.
You should have the following in your background to apply:
  • Experience in fire and life safety or technical product sales.
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards (NFPA, ULC) and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and ERP systems (an asset).
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.
