Reporting directly to the Vice President of Sales US, this role emphasizes high-level relationship management. The ideal candidate will thrive in an autonomous environment, be highly driven, and excel in a base-plus-commission sales structure. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strong relationships with equipment dealers and end users (hospitality business owners)
  • Identify potential marketing initiatives / materials to enhance business for their dealer partners
  • Generate new sales from existing dealer partners
  • Identify new opportunities in the marketplace; whether they be new dealer partners or new hospitality-business owners
  • Assist end users with information about financing their equipment purchases
  • Manage sales leads and pipeline within assigned territory
  • Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholder

Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in business or commerce an asset
  • 2 years of sales experience, ideally in foodservice or beverage alcohol (or working with the hospitality industry)
  • Strong understanding of finance
  • Effective communication skills
  • Bilingualism is an asset - English / Spanish
  • A team player who demonstrates agility, flexibility, and integrity
  • Valid drivers licence and ability to travel
