MacDonald Search Group is a national permanent placement recruiting firm and we recruit on behalf of hiring companies.

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading North American tech company selling cutting edge/innovative security and surveillance solutions to a variety of industries who are on the hunt for an Account Executive to take over an existing book of business for the Seattle area selling into the construction vertical.

This company is 40% larger than their next biggest competitor and have been growing at 20%+ for over 10 years!

Qualifications:
  • Post-secondary education
  • Full B2B sales cycle experience
  • In person selling experience in the territory
  • Previous experience selling into construction vertical an asset
  • Hunter mentality
  • Versatile - ability to sell to executives in a board room to putting on a hard hat and visiting a job site to find the Superintendent
Compensation:
  • ~75-90K base salary (based on experience)
  • Uncapped commission structure
  • Annual end of year bonus
    • OTE estimate in year 150-250K
  • Health & Dental benefits
  • 401K
  • Mileage reimbursement (based on state standard rate) – need to have your own vehicle and clean motor vehicle check
  • Laptop and cellular device (company will cover all monthly expenses)
  • 3 weeks vacation
