Mina is the Marketing & Research Specialist at MacDonald Search Group, based out of Vancouver. Mina has been at the forefront of developing and implementing the firm's social media strategy and email marketing, creating content that resonates deeply with the target audience. Her efforts ensure the firm's marketing materials are not only current but impactful. This role also sees her collaborating closely with senior consultants, engaging in comprehensive market research and talent sourcing for various recruitment projects.
Mina's story begins in the educational sector. In the Philippines, she served as an instructor, first at Saint Louis University from June 2015 to December 2016 and later at the Philippine Military Academy from June 2017 to April 2021. These experiences honed her skills in crafting learning experiences that were both informative and enjoyable.
Her educational background further complements her professional achievements. In addition to a Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship from Saint Louis University, she furthered her education with a Master's degree in Management from the University of the Philippines and just completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at University Canada West in 2023.
