After graduating from the University of Alberta, he quickly made his mark in New York City's real estate market, specializing in matching affluent buyers with top-tier brokers. His success in this role was a testament to his skill in understanding and aligning diverse client needs.

Returning to Vancouver, Eric saw a natural fit for his talents in recruitment and entered the industry in 2007. Before joining MacDonald Search Group in 2013, he gained valuable experience with two search firms, focusing on finance, HR, IT, and general administration. In his roles, Eric demonstrated a consistent ability to find the right fit for both candidates and companies, contributing to organizational growth and individual career success.
