An accomplished executive, Deby has been part of the consumer packaged goods industry for 27 years.   Deby has worked with two of the industry’s top organizations:  Maple Leaf Foods and Wrigley’s.  Her most recent role was as Vice President & General Manager, Customer Business Development, a title she held for 7 years.   Coming up through the ranks, other functions and titles have included:  Director of Sales, Regional Sales Manager, Customer Business Development, Key Account Management, and Territory Sales Representative.

Deby’s corporate experience has afforded her the opportunity to train and develop multiple generations of employees in her organizations.  This perspective has given her considerable talent in the field of managing Human Capital and finding and grooming top performers.  Additionally, as an integral part of her organization’s leadership teams, Deby offers a depth of knowledge in client needs that sets her apart from other recruiters in the field.
