Deby has been part of the consumer packaged goods industry for 27 years. She worked with two top companies; Wrigley’s and Maple Leaf Foods in a variety of positions with her most recent role being VP of Sales. 

Deby’s corporate experience has given her the opportunity to train and develop multiple generations of employees. This perspective has given her considerable talent in managing Human Capital and finding and grooming top performers.  Additionally, Deby offers a depth of knowledge in client needs that sets her apart from other recruiters in the field.
